A Blast of 2011 and Hello 2012

I had a promise to have a regular work where I continue the usual things that I have never did during my Information Technology Consultant Days and yet January 2011, I have started with Alta Resources Philippines here in Wnysum Ortigas Pasig City. Yeah! My brother is also working here. At first, I have appreciated the activities we had inside the office, but an unexpected resignation from the leaders from Neenah Wiscon is very awful for us especially here in Asia for the stability of Alta Resources, especially with the CEO resignation. A demoralizing on my end when the leaders decided to end my hope for a regularization there due to an issue that I haven't commit at that time and another thing is more my credibility as an Application Developer. Well a former teammate back from Globe Telecom, now working here in an Insurance Company working here as a Software Engineer also as an IT Consultant also is expected to deliver and launch the project by July 2011. Unfortunately it wasn't deliver due to the three primary developers from the another provider(which I also serve also with them back in 2007, Software Laboratories Inc.) seems that they deliver unlikely in terms they haven't take it seriously. How I wish that she should listen the real project status that I have reported? We'll synchronization, He knows but it wasn't expected as a requirement, that primary developer should act seriously in terms of accomplishing the project(web service). Now, my another teammate from the same provider"(EGG) suffers more. But I am happy for her that Singapore comes to have an extensive working experience more. I'm hoping here in BDO that I'll be having an extensive experience more though I'll keep on nervous on my first month but December 2011, I'll have inching my way to deliver perfectly more there are times that my boss and the company is expecting (I have pending to do that task on a stored procedure that need to finish Monday on 2012). An achievement for me that this blog was also the finalist on the 12th Philippine Web Awards and these 2012 looking to be part as finalist and win the 13th Philippine Web Awards also the blog category as one of my tech blog Philippine IT Explorasyon. I have seen that working in different industry that will credit more on the contribution on a project then the attendance will it take a second priority. 

35th Milo National Marathon

Our first Milo Marathon with my younger brother at the SM Mall of Asia tomorrow hoping that it will not rain very harder so that we can go with the race as easily as expected. This will be an experience with younger brother to join this national marathon. A great experience that I just started running this 2011 at GOOD Run and end with 2011 with Milo. A successful run in Unilab Active Health  in the 2nd Leg for 10k struggling for 21K but an experience will keep myself not as a blogger or an Information Technology Consultant it doesn't matter as long you've enjoyed the race, meeting new friends that you will share your ideas also in Health and Lifestyle. Running or Jogging as a daily routine exercise that make you feel stronger and relief more stress that you've been burn out on a working days in a week by keeping yourself on top of the game. Is a sport and remembered by most of the Filipino running enthusiast to be more focus on your doing at present, Surpassing your problems encountered on your family, money or work.  This is 35th National Milo Marathon, Adidas KOTR is my first run so memorable, although injured and confusing because they are a lot thousands runners join in this 35th National Marathon but me and my brother where having fun.

" I don't want to happen again!" Yeah! it's natural but she knows that I'm deserving to work longer to my present office. Now! my motivational works gives me the results that I want. Just to give a honest that I haven't seen to Alta Resources Philippines for being bias to the developers on their performances  and having a foul play on using the facebook for posting an offensive to the once connected to you on my second, it keeps me bothering so I delete my second account just to keep my personal account to one's connected to you. Prayers helped me a lot but I also need to exert more effort to go further. Yeah! I know but when I asked most of the Consultants how to survive the first three months on the client side during our Xmas Party that I should approach my supervisor  further so that I will understand the task given to me. After the Non-Working Holiday, I feel that my loosing my strength. So I decided to have a whole day rest. Going to the Medical City seeking for an appointment on my primary hypothyroidism and also the result at the Manila East Center so that it won't be hassle to go on a follow-up check-up. Keeps me on the go.

A whole week of my health suffers

Although that oh! my god I'm still hoping to get his back his normal he is. I know that off my road in the office. I keep my prayer for Guidance and Protection against that those enemies who want to pull me down as always especially my mother and the eldest brother with their conscience they have done to us especially to me, wanting to grow more as a person. On the first day work in the banking industry was nervous, every move, your look is very articulate and attendance is very important, for me that's the typical work that I want for the rest of the stint in the IT industry, knowing that I am working for my medical reasons and etc... I want o keep myself strong also so that I can do the usual things that I'm doing for the past three years spending myself as an IT Consultant and also as a Software Developer. I just want to keep back the usual activities on it's actual form. My priorities as of now. IT Projects well, the project I had presently with the banking industry(BDO) and also with the government (BureauOfCustoms) and lastly is writing articles more that will catch more readers that I'll be publishing more. I'll be on focus on my expenses wiser plus on the Marathon on December that will be the 35th Milo National Marathon with my younger brother that suppose to be to attend his first run today unfortunately he is sick but he is now recovery hoping that my father will also pursue his recovery.

Miss World is comemorating its 61st Anniversary

Miss World is commemorating its 61st Anniversary at the coronation night held at  Earls Court Exhibition Center in London. As this is the oldest beauty pageant surviving on its 61 years as the beauty pageant started at the United Kingdom at the year 1951 that we consider as one of the historic night in the international beauty pageant that most of the intelligent beauties competing for the title as Miss World but also with a purpose of helping others. An another Filipina made as the 2011 Miss World First Runner Up Gwendoline Ruais on the Miss World 2011. Some other blog sites that Gwendoline Ruais is the 2nd Evangeline Pascual  also won the first runner up also in the 1973 Miss World. Filipinos were proud that although were still close on winning the Miss World Crown she is still our Winner.

I have watched their first two encounter of these two boxers was thrilling but there where tension around with these two boxers that they want to prove where best fighters for this generation. Happy 29th Birthday

Despite what happen in the past five months but I still to manage myself to keep myself moving forward. We'll I extended my "THANK YOU" to the people who posted their greetings on my facebook account wall, I really appreciated very much despite of busy schedules in the office. My officemates here in Makati express their greetings despite that we have tasks to do and needed to finished. Expectations, well a lot for my health of course that I needed to maintain my health and balance my activities that I already started this year that would not affect my usual activities done in the office. Although the start of 2011 that you've been seeking a regular work without a big help also on my family gives them a big trouble on their end here in Alta Resources Philippines that I really don't like to work with them because they talk to much offensive to their co-workers. A friend helped me a lot for me to move forward as everyone says so that your dreams and aspirations will also successful.

I've realize the importance of work + balance in my recent work that I have, we'll I treasured it all the way if I already found the real IT company that will give an opportunity for an exposure that I could have as an IT Professional and aside for being a technical bloggers we have here in the Philippines. I know that I had made friends already but my heart belongs to my former officemates that when I get along with them because they know the essence of being truthful on their respective careers as I consider that is my learning tool to go further. I'm talking to a person who is more intelligent and more informative that could help more on my profession even get more expert that most of my common friends have based on their experience that they've earned and definitely earned eat for my future.

PBA Run For A Cause 2011

Although a half way mark on this Fun Run this day. I have made an accomplishment that could help the patients from the Cancer of Hematology Center of Philippine Children's Medical Center. It is not just being a runner whom you can easily join this fun run events, it is how you can help these children to easily find cure on their sickness. Despite the Mothers Day celebration today also the fight of our 8th World Boxing Champion Rep. Manny Pacquiao vs. Sugar Shane Mosley. Oh! that fight was not to exciting for me because although there are many commercial before the main bout starts. I know that was to long before the main bout ah! although there some tensions along with this fight. Still Manny Pacquiao is still the World WelterWeight Champion although it is the unanimous decision. Although the video is the  primer on before the real fight.

Our tribute to our Saint John Paul II

Today is the Beautification of Pope John Paul II as the Saint that will also include as one of our patron saint like Mother Teresa and Lorenzo Ruiz. His numerous contribution especially with our country here in the Philippines made him as Saint. We know that he is usually go out places all over the country not just the World Youth Day happened here in the Philippines but also in other parts of the country. I remember during my Elementary Days where my Alma Mater when to Quirino Grandstand to witness the 1995 World Youth Day celebration.I memorable and meaningful experience for on my Youthful Days now that the former Pope is now the blessed Pope John Paul II.

A new twist on this seasons American Idol

A new twist is happening on this season's American Idol this 2011. Maybe not just the competition itself but the new judges that will decide who's gonna be the next American idol. Still we have Randy Jackson as one the original judges and now entering as one of the new judges Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler and another twist happening on the American Idol was there a 15 year old student from Milwaukee named Thia Megia made to the first stage of the American Idol:
